Czech Hostels Join IYHF

As reported in the Czech Business Weekly, the Czech Republic Youth Hostel Association (CzYHA) is now a member of the International Youth Hostel Federation (IYHF):

“Overall, the tourism industry in the Czech Republic is growing, with over 6.35 million people visiting the country in 2005, a 4.5 percent increase over the visitor numbers of 2004. According to the Czech Statistical Office (ČSÚ), income from tourism amounted to Kč 111 billion (nearly € 4 billion) in 2005.”
